Sales and Holiday Shipping Disclaimer
We greatly appreciate your patience during high-volume sales. Please allow a minimum of (20) business days from the date of your purchase for orders to be processed and shipped. Once orders are shipped, a USPS tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided. Please allow 24-72 hours after receipt of tracking number for tracking status to be updated.
General Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-14 business days (Monday - Friday) for your order to process. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery Time
US Orders: Normally takes 3-7 business days. Unfortunately, we currently do no ship internationally.
Incorrect Shipping Information
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified within 24 hours of your purchase. If you happen to notice that you have entered the wrong address you can email us at info@princessbessentials.com with the correct shipping address prior to your order being shipped. Please verify that you enter the correct address before finalizing your order. Osafo Enterprise LLC doing business as Princess B Essentials will not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Furthermore, if a package is returned to Princess B Essentials due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery costs. Princess B Essentials is not responsible for packages with a status of delivered but the package is not found or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Princess B Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Princess B Essentials will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate as all orders are insured through USPS. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in your order.
Damaged Product(s) & Incorrect Orders
Princess B Essentials is not responsible for damaged packages or incorrect orders. If you receive a damaged product or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send all images of damages to info@princessbessentials.com.
Returns
Effective 5.09.2020, Princess B Essentials currently does not accept returns. All sales are final. Due to the nature of product handling and keeping all parties safe, we do not offer returns on any of our products. Thank you for understanding.
Refunds
Princess B Essentials stands behind the products we create and sell. If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us via email. We do not issue refunds unless we see a duplicate order and contact you to confirm. Please read all product ingredients on our website prior to making a purchase.
